Whether you’re planning your race, your travel, reviewing logistical details, or getting ready for race day, you’ll find all the essential information here. From bib pickup to course routes, including schedules and the site map, everything is in place to help you make the most of your event.
Happy training and have a great race!
Bib Pick up

To make your experience as simple and enjoyable as possible, we have set up several bib pickup locations in different areas.
This approach helps reduce wait times and offers greater flexibility, allowing you to pick up your bib at the time and place that suits you best. Plan your visit and start your experience with peace of mind.
Please note that booking an appointment does not mean you can skip the line. Kindly join the queue and wait for your turn.
NO race-day pickup will be allowed, without exception.

Respect the Race Course
Please remain within the designated race area at all times. Under no circumstances may participants enter the emergency lane, which is clearly marked by cones throughout the course.
Any participant entering the emergency lane will be immediately disqualified.
Overtaking
When overtaking, participants are encouraged to clearly signal their intention so that those ahead can yield and provide sufficient space. Participants must wait until it is safe to pass, without compromising their own safety or that of others.
We ask participants to avoid spitting, sniffing, or blowing nasal or respiratory secretions when running near others.
Volunteers will be on site to guide you along the correct routes, and color-coded signs for each distance will also help you navigate the course smoothly.
Water Stations
In accordance with Athletics Quebec’s refueling guidelines, the first water station is located 3 km from the start and every 5 km thereafter. The refill station aims to reduce the use of plastic bottles.
