entrance on site ?
To make your arrival easier:
- Use only the entrances marked “Site Entrance.”
- Follow the on-site signage and instructions from volunteers.
- Allow enough time to park and make your way to the spectator area before the starts.
Depending on the time you plan to arrive at the site, please follow the designated times and locations listed below. This measure helps prevent people from moving freely around the site and ensures the safety of our medical team and participants.
Always follow road safety rules
When walking, you must follow the rules in effect under the law and take the necessary precautions to ensure your safety and that of other road users. Stay alert and please do not walk in the middle of the road.
- Make eye contact with drivers before crossing.
- Stop before entering an intersection.
Site access before 7:00 AM
If you arrive at the site before 7:00 a.m., you may enter via 8th Avenue, up to St. Joseph Boulevard.
Please turn left onto St. Joseph Boulevard and stay in the right-hand lane at all times to keep the emergency vehicle access lane clear. Proceed to the site entrance located at the intersection of Museum Road and Canal Road.
Access to any other areas of the site is strictly prohibited. Anyone who refuses to comply with these instructions will be required to leave the site immediately.
If you are arriving via St. Patrick Street, please proceed to the site entrance located at the intersection of Museum Road and Canal Road.
Site access after 7:00 AM
If you arrive at the site after 7:00 a.m., you may ONLY enter via St. Patrick Street.
Please follow all road safety rules at all times. Although police officers will be on site to manage traffic, you must always follow their instructions and respect their directions for your safety and theirs.
Please stay on the sidewalk at all times and check for traffic before crossing at intersections.
Access to any other areas of the site is strictly prohibited. Anyone who refuses to comply with these instructions will be required to leave the site immediately.
Where to cheer ?
Spectator Area
René-Lévesque Park
The only designated area for spectators is located at René-Lévesque Park. To prevent participants from gathering along the course, we ask that you follow all on-site signage and remain within the designated spectator areas.
Please note that security personnel will conduct a brief visual inspection of backpacks to help ensure the safety of spectators, participants, staff, and volunteers on site.
Access to any other areas of the site is strictly prohibited. Anyone who refuses to comply with these instructions will be required to leave the site immediately.
Spectator Code of Conduct
To ensure everyone’s safety:
- Do not cross the course.
- Stay behind the barriers and within designated areas.
- Do not run alongside a participant.
- Do not step in front of runners to take photos.
- Do not block pathways, intersections, or emergency access routes.
- Follow the instructions of volunteers and security personnel.
- Dispose of your waste properly and leave the area clean
- If an emergency vehicle approaches, immediately clear the course and follow the directions of event staff.
Restricted access
Spectators may not access:
- The starting area;
- The start and finish corridors;
- Medical stations reserved for runners;
- Medical areas;
- Technical and operational areas;
- Areas marked “Restricted Access.”
Parking and Getting Around
Please note that several streets will be closed or partially closed during the race.
We strongly recommend that you:
- Use public transportation whenever possible;
- Arrive early;
- Consult the road closure map (coming soon);
- Respect all no-parking zones and other applicable signage, without exception.
